Project-rooted JSON document store with sibling-temp atomic replacement.

content:// resolves under Content/ and autosave:// under Saved/Autosave/. Paths escaping the configured root are rejected. The store is thread-safe at the file-operation level only; callers serialize writes per resource URI.
